Privacy Policy

Last updated 25 September 2026

This policy covers rosor.ca and the consultation form on it. It describes what the site actually collects, which is less than most policies of this kind imply.

What we collect

When you submit the consultation form we receive the details you type into it: your name, your work email and optionally your company, your phone number and whatever you tell us about your project. If you attach a shapefile or claim outline, we receive that file.

We also record the campaign parameters attached to the link you arrived on, such as utm_source and gclid. These tell us which advertisement or referral brought you here. They are stored in your browser for the length of your visit and submitted with the form so we can attribute the enquiry.

The site uses analytics to count page views and interactions such as opening an FAQ or clicking a call to action. That data is aggregated and is not used to build a profile of you.

Advertising tags from Google, LinkedIn and Meta, and Neyo's site tag, record visits and actions such as submitting the form, so we can measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited. They stop running if you decline cookies.

We also use SalesIntel's VisitorIntel service. It looks up the organization associated with your IP address and records the pages you view, together with a random identifier stored in your browser, so we can see which companies are researching our services. We use it to identify organizations, not individual people. It stops running if you decline cookies.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to prepare a preliminary read of your ground and to know which marketing is worth continuing. That is the whole list. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the parties named below.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received by Neyo, the marketing platform we use, which records them in our CRM (Zoho CRM) and emails them to our team. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. Analytics are processed by Google Analytics. Advertising measurement is processed by Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta, and site activity by Neyo. Visitor identification is processed by SalesIntel and the data partners it uses to match IP addresses to organizations. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

Survey data belonging to a client project is governed by that project's agreement, not by this policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up a thread that resumes a season later. Files you send are kept with the enquiry. Ask us to delete either and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@rosor.ca and we will action it. You can decline cookies in the banner at the bottom of the page. That turns off analytics, advertising tags and visitor identification from your next page onward, without affecting how the site works. To change your choice later, clear this site's cookies and stored data in your browser and the banner will ask again.
