Terms & Conditions
Last updated 25 July 2026
These terms cover use of this website. They do not govern survey work, which is contracted separately for each program.
What this site is
A description of Rosor's drone geophysical survey work, with published case studies, method explanations and a way to request a consultation. Using the site means accepting these terms.
The content is guidance, not a survey design
Depth ranges, production rates, coverage thresholds and method recommendations on this site are typical figures drawn from completed programs and published sources. They describe what is usual, not what your ground will do. Geophysical response depends on geology, cover, terrain and target, and no page here has seen your property.
Nothing on this site is a survey design, a technical recommendation for a specific property, or a substitute for a qualified person's judgement under NI 43-101. Do not plan a drill program from a web page. That is what the consultation is for.
The calculator is an illustration
The value calculator uses Rosor's own cost model to show the relationship between a drilling budget and the cost of aiming it. It contains no Rosor pricing, it is not a quote and its outputs are arithmetic on the numbers you enter rather than an estimate of your program.
Case studies
Published case studies describe completed programs and are used with the clients named. Figures and quotations are as supplied by those clients. Where a case notes a subsequent event on the same ground, it is stated as an adjacent fact and no causal claim is made or implied.
Enquiries and files
Submitting the consultation form does not create a contract or oblige either side to proceed. Send only material you have the right to share. Treat anything you send as commercially confidential to Rosor and the enquiry, and we will do the same.
Intellectual property
The text, figures, survey imagery and design of this site belong to Rosor Exploration or its clients. Quote us with attribution. Do not republish the case-study figures or survey data without written permission.
Availability and changes
We make no promise that the site is available without interruption or free of error, and we may change its content at any time. Where a page states a figure that later proves wrong, we correct it rather than defend it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
